Every Rudraksha we sell comes with its own Certificate of Authenticity carrying the details of that bead. Every gemstone comes with its certificate and documentation. We would rather tell you less than promise something we cannot show.
Check your certificate
Every certificate we issue carries a report number and a QR code. Scan the QR code with your phone camera, or enter the report number on our Verify certificate page, to see the details we recorded for your piece. If a certificate does not show up there, it was not issued by us. Please write to us.
What we stand behind
- Certificate of Authenticity: issued with each Rudraksha and gemstone, with the details of that piece, and verifiable on our Verify certificate page. Please keep it safely with your piece.
- Natural pieces: naturally formed Rudraksha with clearly defined mukhi lines, and natural gemstones described as they are.
- Honest descriptions: deities, planets, mantras and intentions are shared as traditional associations, never as guaranteed results.
- Recourse: if you ever doubt the authenticity of something you bought from us, email us with your order number. We will review it and, where appropriate, arrange a return, replacement or refund under our Refund & Return Policy.
What we do not claim
Rudraksha and gemstones are traditionally associated with qualities such as peace, courage and clarity. Experiences vary from person to person. We do not promise medical, financial, legal or miraculous results.
Natural variation
Each piece is natural. Size, colour and surface pattern vary and may differ slightly from photographs.
Care
- Keep Rudraksha dry and away from soap, perfume and chemicals; remove it before bathing or swimming.
- Clean it gently with a soft brush. A drop of sesame or mustard oil now and then keeps it from drying out.
