Welcome to Bhairav Tatva, an online store operated by Bhairav Tatva LLP ("we", "us"). By accessing bhairavtatva.com or placing an order, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the store.

The store

We sell Rudraksha, gemstones and related spiritual products to customers in India. Product descriptions aim to be accurate; we may correct errors and update details without prior notice.

Spiritual use

Descriptions of deities, planets, mantras and intentions reflect traditional beliefs and are shared for spiritual practice. Rudraksha and gemstones are not a substitute for medical, legal, financial or other professional advice, and we make no guarantee of any particular outcome.

Natural variation

Each Rudraksha and gemstone is a natural product. Size, colour and surface pattern vary from piece to piece and may differ slightly from photographs.

Pricing and currency

Prices are in Indian Rupees (INR). Taxes, where applicable, are shown at checkout. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel orders placed at an obvious pricing error.

Orders and payment

Placing an order is an offer to buy. We may accept or decline an order for reasons including stock, suspected fraud or fulfilment limits. All orders are prepaid and processed through Shopify and its payment partners. You confirm that you are authorised to use the payment method provided.

Shipping and returns

Shipping and returns are governed by our Shipping Policy and Refund Policy.

Intellectual property

Store content, including the Bhairav Tatva name, logo, text and product photography, is owned by Bhairav Tatva LLP or its licensors. You may not copy, scrape or reuse it for commercial purposes without written permission.

Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the site, attempt unauthorised access, interfere with store operations or use the store for unlawful purposes.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Bhairav Tatva LLP is not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages arising from use of the store or its products. Our total liability for any claim related to an order is limited to the amount you paid for that order.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India, and courts in Jaipur, Rajasthan shall have jurisdiction, subject to any mandatory consumer protections that apply to you.
