Shipping policy

We ship across India from Jaipur, Rajasthan.

Processing time

Orders are packed and dispatched within 1–2 business days (Monday to Saturday, excluding public holidays). Orders placed after 2 pm IST are processed the next business day.

Delivery time

Most orders arrive within 3–7 business days after dispatch. Remote areas and the North-East may take a few days longer. Delivery estimates are not guaranteed and can be affected by courier delays, weather or festivals.

Shipping charges

Shipping is free on all orders within India.

Payment

All orders are prepaid. Cash on Delivery is not available at this time.

Tracking

Once your order is dispatched, we email you a tracking number and link.

Packaging

Every Rudraksha is packed securely with its Certificate of Authenticity, and every gemstone with its certificates and documentation.

Address and delivery issues

Please check your shipping address carefully at checkout. If an order is returned to us because of an incorrect address or failed delivery attempts, we can reship it once the reshipping charge is paid.

If your parcel arrives open, tampered with or damaged, please note this with the courier if possible, take photos and write to us within 48 hours of delivery.
